Sunrise at Shipwreck Beach – Kauai (20×12 acrylic on canvas) was painted on a cliff overlooking the ocean in Hawaii at daybreak. During the painting session, the colors in the sky changed so many times, which affected the colors reflected in the water. At this point, the sea was calm and I saw a golden light from the heavens. The smell and feel of the wind were so amazing with my morning coffee. I hope that I have captured this moment for you.
