One of the purposes of practicing yoga and meditation is to create space in the mind. Space for silence away from all of the chatter.

I visualized this space and decided to paint what I saw in my mind’s eye.

This piece is lovely with shimmering golds and blues. It features one of my favorite yoga poses, Scorpion Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana).
